Ran 8 loops at the gardens, which is ~4 miles. After the run I was doing the exercise circuit and the pagoda where I do my pull ups was occupied by a female westerner practicing yoga with the aid of a harness attached to one of roof poles. This is the second time I have seen her and I am impressed with the imagination needed to think up such an exercise. While I appear to be the only person who uses the pagoda roof poles for pull ups, she by far has me beat for creative use of an exercise space.
Walked to Maya Mall/Rinping in the evening to buy spring rolls, also planned to buy a pre-made meal but they did not look very appealing, and their sushi is over-priced in comparison to Tops, so I stopped at a food stall near the condo for a big portion size of Pad Thai for 50b. It was so large that I did not have the appetite to eat the spring rolls, so I will save them for tomorrow's lunch.
