Awoke at 5:30am and left the studio at 6:00am, the sun just beginning to rise, and I walked in the direction of the sea and when I reached the beach began my run on the pedestrian walkway. The air was hot and heavy with humidity, just the way I like it, and I ran along pretty well watching the sun rise over the sea, and the sky was a murky gray blue, filled with toxic material, the tide was out and the boats were resting in the moist sand and I worked my way to the end point of the pathway, the Hindu Temple. When I reached it I was surprised I still had energy to return on the run, so I told myself to go as far as i could, and I ended up stopping at the 6.50 mile mark, so a strong start for my stay in Bali.
I have yet to hear back from Eka about my proposal to stay as long as I can with no refund. Hopefully she did not get offended from my lack of enthusiasm for her place.
