Even though my sleep was choppy due to my rash/burn I was able to get up at 5:30 and reached the beach path as the sun was rising. Not a bad sunrise, but with the sky filled with luminosity killing filler it reminded me of a dull matte paint finish. Made it to the Hindu temple but stopped after 1 mile on the return trip for a total of 5 miles, not too bad, all things considered.
Rash still in full force, wondering when it will abate and what kind of damage it did to my skin health, which was already in a degraded state.
