Got up just as the song birds began to sing and I was out on the path running to the Hindu Temple as the sun was rising over the sea. My legs felt fresh due to having 2 days of non-running rest but I had to be careful with two toe blisters which were tender, but not yet at the point of being debilitating. At the turn around point I felt I could go for a full out and back of 9 miles, and I ended up going a bit further, stopping at Mertasari Beach and wading into the sea to cool my legs, total distance 9.5 miles. After 81 days I have reached a level of high fitness, and I can continue to improve it because I still have extra weight to lose.
