Rash slowly diminishing, my skin is peeling so that is a sign that the burn is healing. Ironic how applying a product which is supposed to protect the skin from the sun caused a severe burning rash which has lasted 2 weeks.
Tried to improve the state of my black toe nail but had no luck removing the excess nail material.Plan to take tomorrow off from running so that the soreness subsides and try again to improve the nail structure.
Spent the evening updating the current state of my travel budget, it looks like I will be under budget by more than $1600 by trip's end.
I took a walk to the end of Mertasari Beach and as I stood on the stone embankment I realized I was at the exact spot where I made the photo which I use for this blog's title page. There has been a major change to the place, though, a cement pier has been erected that juts 100m into the sea, it does not look all that bad but it blocks the view of the sea if one is facing east.
