Was able to get under budget for the week, although the final 2 days kicked the stuffing out of my money belt. Now that I am running longer distances my body craves more than 1 meal a day, and I sometimes give in to the craving because I know when I run/walk 10+ miles in a day 2 meals is not overeating, and thus Wednesday and Thursday I bought more food than usual and this obviously increases costs. I find interesting that what I am spending in Bali is equivalent to what I spend in Chicago, most likely because I am paying tourist costs for much of what I eat.

A rarity today, a clear blue tropical sky, the first one I have seen after 3 weeks in Bali. Such a grand thing to see a clean blue sky without the toxic filler, it truly makes me happy, and is it any wonder why there are so many insane and unhappy people in the world, destruction of the natural world equates to insanity not only of the earth, but also insanity of the spirit. If the hell beings who are responsible for the toxic sky fill program get off knowing they are making billions of people sick and miserable, then their experiment is a success.
